SEND-First Inclusive Careers Curriculum

Designed for learners developing communication, self-awareness and life-skills, the core curriculum
delivers a clear, stepped journey across five phases from “what work is” to “my best next steps”. 

The expanded curriculum provides an additional set of 3 lesson plans for each topic in the
core curriculum which are differentiated across 3 learner levels.

Learners experience the world of work with fun, hands-on activities.

Working together to plan and create their own small enterprise, young people have the chance to try out real roles and responsibilities.

Develop and track each work and life skill.

Learners start from supported activities and can progress to independently demonstrating each skill.

Our programme starts with a short health check to help you diagnose strengths and gaps and works closely with your team to ensure sustained impact of the inclusive careers provision

Within the first 30 days, we’ll work with you to identify strengths and opportunities in your current provision
Training
Staff receive platform training and CPD through our digital guides.
