Schools FAQs
When should we start careers education with our learners?
At Talentino! we believe in beginning careers education early.
You can introduce Talentino! programmes from Year 7 onwards, adapting the language, activities, and outcomes as your learners grow. This builds confidence and progression over time, giving every young person the chance to explore their potential.
Will Talentino! programmes work for both mainstream and SEND learners?
Absolutely. Our programmes are inclusive by design, supporting learners with diagnosed and undiagnosed additional needs, as well as those without SEND.
You can use the resources with whole classes, small groups, or in 1:1 sessions – whatever works best for your learners.
Can we deliver the programme flexibly across our curriculum?
Yes, you have complete flexibility.
Some schools follow the full sequential programme, while others pick lessons and activities to fit into PSHE, tutor time, collapsed timetable days, work experience preparation, or intervention groups. Our programmes are designed to work around your existing structure.
Do you provide training for our staff?
Yes, we do. We offer on-site, virtual, and blended CPD to build your team’s confidence in inclusive careers delivery. This includes twilight sessions, INSET days, and short targeted workshops – whatever suits your schedule.
Are the resources printable?
Yes. All lesson plans and schemes of work can be printed, and many schools use a mix of digital and paper-based delivery. We also offer selected hard-copy resources like journals, card sets, and posters.
How do you support work experience and Gatsby Benchmark 6?
We support modern, inclusive work experience through the equalex framework. This includes preparation, reflection, simulated experiences, employer encounters, and meaningful placements. You’ll also find a written guide to navigate the equalex framework on our digital platform.
Does the programme help with destination planning?
Yes, it does. Destination planning is woven throughout the programme, helping your learners understand pathways, develop employability skills, and make informed choices. This planning also aligns with Preparing for Adulthood outcomes and EHCPs, where this is required.
Is there an enterprise or entrepreneurship focus?
Yes. Our programmes include an enterprise focus and entrepreneurship activities, including access to the Peter Jones Talentino! Enterprise Programme – with funding and enterprise challenges that build confidence and real-world skills.
Can we evidence impact for Ofsted and governors?
Yes, you can. Tools like the CICO profiling tool, learner reflection activities, and structured outcomes help you demonstrate and evidence progress, impact, and compliance.
Where can we find pricing information?
Our pricing is clear and transparent within our subscription model, with different levels to suit your budget and needs. Get in touch and we’ll talk you through the options.
