A regular speaker at events nationwide, he helps education leaders turn frameworks into practical, inclusive pathways into adult life and work.
Outside of work, he’s a keen cook who enjoys ambitious kitchen projects. Toby is usually at the local park or exploring the South Essex Downs with his wife, daughter and Border Terrier, Watson.

Making sure schools, colleges and partners can confidently make decisions by understanding what we do, why it works, and how it supports better learner outcomes.
Working closely with the team, she helps ensure our product is shaped by what educators actually need.
Outside of work, she loves travelling and being outdoors with her daughter, discovering great coffee spots, baking and the occasional (optimistic) attempt at gardening.

With 15+ years’ experience in education administration and hands-on SEND support, she understands the pace and sensitivities of education settings, so support is handled with care, consistency and professionalism.
Her two sons and two very spoiled dogs keep her equally busy outside of Talentino! – and in her spare time, she’ll be curled up with a good book or sneaking off for a cheeky visit to the sea.
15 years of championing difference
We first started with special schools after discovering they needed more support. We developed programmes to deliver enhanced careers curriculums that integrated both families and employers and made aspirational career outcomes more achievable.
Talentino! has been instrumental in highlighting the potential of young people with SEND or additional needs, even as the careers landscape shifted through the development of the Gatsby Benchmarks and introduction of Careers Hubs across the country.
We continuously refined our programmes, training, and resources and launched our own annual conference to ensure careers education became inclusive and meaningful for all.
Talentino! has now expanded our offering, providing staff CPD to support the delivery of our programmes into the widest range of educational settings including mainstream, AP, PRU, FE Colleges as well as Local Authorities.
“Listening to and learning from schools and colleges, enabled us to deliver work that led to us winning multiple awards, including attending the Queen’s garden party at Buckingham Palace for services to education.
Together, we’ve helped more than 18,000 young people take confident steps toward fulfilling careers. We are driven to reach even more young people, and are excited for what the future holds.”
