Ductu supports employer engagement across education, helping careers leaders and SENCOs connect major employers with SEND students while reducing admin and improving access. Ductu joined the Get Set family in 2026, strengthening our long-established partnership.

Our inclusive careers education together with Ductu’s technology-enabled employer experiences create a more connected pathway from classroom learning to real-world work, particularly for learners with SEND or additional needs. 

It helps make workplace encounters, employer links and real-world opportunities feel more practical, joined-up and scalable for schools. Together, we can support a more connected journey from classroom learning to meaningful workplace experience.

The Peter Jones Foundation’s Tycoon Enterprise Competition is a national enterprise competition for students aged 6 to 18. It supports enterprises built by young people with funding opportunities and recognition through the annual award ceremony.

Our collaboration is designed specifically to expand the Tycoon programme to SEND learners, helping schools and colleges strengthen careers strategy, SEND specialist resources, staff confidence and employer links. The Talentino! Tycoon Award spotlights enterprise success for learners with SEND or additional needs and reflects our shared commitment to making enterprise meaningful and achievable for more learners.

Through our work with the Peter Jones Foundation, Talentino! helps make enterprise more inclusive, more accessible and more relevant for SEND learners. It is a partnership that supports confidence, teamwork, creativity and real-world business thinking in a way that opens up possibility.

Talentino has been the strategic partner for SEND for The Careers & Enterprise Company since 2018. That partnership has focused on creating practical tools, resources and support that help more schools and colleges strengthen careers education for young people with SEND.

Through this partnership, Talentino has helped support SEND-focused careers development in ways that are both strategic and practical, including work linked to the SEND Gatsby Toolkit, the SEND Careers Health Checklist, the Same and Different model, and resources developed in partnership for My Skills, My Future. Our long-standing partnership with The CEC has helped move inclusive careers support forward. It is a relationship built around making careers education more usable, more ambitious and more inclusive for the young people who need it most.

Our relationship with the CDI reflects a commitment to quality, credibility and professional practice in careers education. We are a CDI Affiliate and Career Assured provider, having contributed to CDI sector activity through events including the National Careers Leaders’ Conference 2024, focusing on the value chain of career development.

This relationship keeps our work connected to the wider careers profession. It reinforces that inclusive careers education should be both specialist and professionally grounded, shaped by strong careers thinking, trusted standards and practical application in schools and colleges. Our presence within CDI spaces also helps bring SEND expertise into national careers conversations.
