For some learners, getting meaningful access to employers and workplaces is not straightforward. Schools may struggle to find suitable opportunities, particularly for learners with SEND or additional barriers. Careers teams also have to manage employer outreach, communication, paperwork and practical arrangements alongside everything else they deliver. 

Inclusive Employer Experiences helps remove those barriers. From finding suitable employers to managing the practical administration, Talentino! makes it easier to create workplace experiences that can connect to classroom learning and give students genuine real-world insight.
