During 2021/22, Talentino! continued to adapt its work in response to COVID disruption while staying focused on improving career outcomes through better early career development.
The year saw expanded digital delivery, growth in national partnerships, development of the CICO app, and a strong focus on inclusive careers support for young people with SEND.
