We delivered a workshop on Preparing Young People with SEND for Adulthood: Bridging the Gap Between Education, Work and Independence.
Our session focused on bridging education, employment and independence to prepare young people with SEND for adulthood. We discussed challenges that schools and colleges will likely recognise: gaps in consistency, transitions that can feel like a cliff edge, and the need for earlier, strengths-based preparation.
