The Festival of Education provides a platform for educators to come together and share ideas. It is a prominent event attracting big-name speakers from members of the government to influential commentators and educators.
Across the two days of the Festival of Education, we will offer approximately 300 session which range in format from headline keynote speeches to hands-on workshops, covering a broad spectrum of topics.
About our Session
Our session draws on Talentino’s national work with over 450 special schools and mainstream settings to share what helps create career-confident SEND learners. Through case examples and guided reflection, we’ll explore practical strategies for inclusive careers education planning and whole-school culture change – which are realistic for busy schools and aligned with statutory careers guidance, the Gatsby Benchmarks and the CDI Framework.
You will leave with adaptable strategies and proven approaches to build sustainable, compliant and aspirational careers programmes, differentiated for learners with SEND or additional needs.
