Meaningful Careers Education for ALL learners

Talentino! Inclusive Careers Programme offers two distinct pathways, Foundations Pathway or Navigate Pathway, each designed around different learner needs and starting points.

It can be implemented either as a standalone, compliant careers programme or embedded into your existing careers programme to support young people with SEND in developing the skills, confidence and knowledge needed for adult life.

Our programme helps you ensure careers learning is meaningful and engaging at every level.
